Thanks a MILLION for your wonderful products!!! FacetTerm, FacetWin and FacetWin Security Pack are the greatest products on the market. You have the best product, the best support and the nicest employees of any of the software vendors whose products we recommend and install on our customers computers. With Security Pack, we can now hook up to our customers all over the country and fix their problems without using the old "dial-up" connection. It saves us time and needless to say lots of money on long distance charges. We will not sell a Unix system that does not connect from their PC's using FacetWin. Our customers love it and when I show them how to drag and drop a screen into a word document they are awestruck. What an awesome product.
Your support staff is excellent and Eric is the best. He has pulled us out of the fire on many occasions and I can't thank you enough for having him on your support team....
